Tutorial: Uploading Files In forum(with direct download links)
Before starting to read this tutorial, lets clear some things.
Why you will upload files?
To provide mirror links. The hosts we use ain't free, and the bandwidth is fixed, and it... is not much. So, to divide the whole burden to tiny parts, you should start uploading files/provide mirror links of already uploaded files.
And yeah, you can provide direct download links(no waiting, no counter, no download speed limitation, no tickets. Simply, click on link to download! ) of your files if you do follow this tutorial.
So.. lets begin.
Go Get an account:
First of all, I am going to show you the tutorial on MyDataNest
Now, when you click on the above link, you will end up in a screen like this:
What you will do? You will submit all the necessary pieces of information. Mind that you do put your email address correctly, because you will need it.
Start Uploading:
After the registration is complete, and you have activated your account, go to
this link
Now that you are ready to upload your files, start uploading.
Linking/Giving out Links
This is the tricky part, and the most enjoyable part too!
Now that you have a account, you can start giving out links and share whatever you like with your friends.
say, you uploaded a file. go to the My Files to find it there. Right click on it, and then click on Copy link/Copy link location to copy the files link.
Now if you want to show it to your forum, just write:
Making Mirror links
Making mirror links/sister links is very important for free accounts like ours. For the sake of survival of one account, I suggest that you guys all make another account, and then start making mirrors. Why? go here How? Right now, I am going to show you.
Say, I got this download link from Rokon, it is his LDPC presentation.
then, go to your account, head over to the Home tab, click on upload files.
look down.. you will see something like this:
paste the download link of the file and then click on upload remote files.
it will automatically, and almost instantly be downloaded by datanest and will be shown in your my files section.
how to share the files is already explained above.
