Creating PDF and XPS in MS Offfice

Well, we need to make the documents file as PDF or XPS as it is a standard format for getting the best printing quality. In Ubuntu we can convert PDF just by clicking a button.
But in Window we have to use "Online PDF" or the "Foxit PDF Creator". In "Online PDF" it is a mandatory of having a net connection and in"Foxit Creator" their is a logo of Foxit company in each page.
So we can see that making PDF in Windows is a problem. To solve this problem their is a plugin of MS office called "Save as PDF and XPS" its free and easy to download.

After Downloading just install it.
Then after writing a document just go to the Office Button and click Save as Their you will see an option PDF or XPS
Just click on it and you will be done.

This add-ons doesn't effect on the product's verifiability if the product is not valid.

This is really a very nice add-on. I have install it after reading this post.

আমি পুরাই তাজ্জ্বব হয়া গেলাম।
বুঝলাম তাবার কোন কাজ কাম নাই। তাই বলে কি এখন ঘেটে ঘেটে .. কাটা লাগবে?
মানুষ তার নিজস্বতা দেখাতেও .... ব্যবহার করে।
অতিরিক্ত রকমের বেশি ব্যবহার করলে মৌখিক ভাবে বলা যেতে পারে ভাই, এত বেশি ডটাইস না, খারাপ লাগে দেখতে।
তা না, উনি কাটা আরম্ভ করসেন :S
কোন নিয়ম অনুসারে এটা করা হচ্ছে একটু বললে ভালা হইত।

কাজ কাম নাই মানে মডু হিসেবে। মানুষ এখন সুন্দর করে পোস্ট করে। কাজেই মডুদের কাজও কমে গেছে

আর, এটা আপনার বলে দেয়া নিয়ম (অতিরিক্ত ডট দেয়া যাবেনা, sms language ব্যবহার করা যাবেনা ইত্যাদি) অনুসারে করা হয়েছে

আমার বলা নিয়ম?
দুঃখিত। কিন্তু আমার একার বলার নিয়ম বলে কিছু নাই। ফোরামে আমি যা বলি, সেটা সাধারণ সদস্য হিসেবেই বেশিরভাগ সময় বলি।
আর যেসব নিয়ম বানানো হয়, সেগুলো একদম পাকাপোক্ত ভাবে জানিয়ে দেয়া হয়।
যাকগে, sms language ব্যবহার করা উচিত না, এটা নিয়ম না, suggestion.

আর ডটানোর ব্যাপারে কবে কোন যুগে কাকে কি বলেছিলাম, এখন সেটাই নিয়ম হয়ে গেছে... Grr.... কোন খানের সূত্রে এই "নিয়ম" চালু হলো দেখালে ভালা হয়। ঐ "নিয়ম" কচুকাটা করবো।

ভাই আমিত ডটানো কি sms system???? আমি ডটাই কারণ নাইলে লেখা গুলা ঘিঞ্জি হয়ে যায়। আমি ঠিক জানি না অন্যদের কি মতামত কিন্তু আমার মনে হয় ডটাইলে প্রত্যেক প্যারার pattern বোঝা যায়

ডটানো sms system টাইপ কিছু তো কোথাও বলেছি বলে মনে হয় না।

তবে ডটানো ছাড়াও লেখা পরিষ্কার ভাবে লেখা যায়। পরীক্ষার খাতায় তো আমরা ডটাইতাম না, উপন্যাসেও ডটানো লাগে না। মাঝে মাঝে অবশ্য ডটানো লাগেই। যেমন......

ডটানো যাতে বেশি নাহয় সে ব্যাপারে অমিত অন্য কিছু post এ বলেছিলি। যদিও এখন সেই post গুলো খুঁজে বের করার ধৈর্য আমার নেই

আর ধ্রুব, আমি লেখার মাঝে আসা ডটানো, যেটা কিনা তিনটা ডট দিয়ে দেয়া হয়(মাঝে মাঝে ২/১টা বেশি কম হতেও পারে ), অনেকটা ওইরকম হলে কাটতাম না। কেটেছি লাইনের শেষে দেয়া অতিরিক্ত ডট গুলো

ডটানো যাতে বেশি না হয় সে ব্যাপারে আমি আগে বলেছি আমার খুব ভালো ভাবে মনে আছে। এখন কথা হলো, আগে যা বলেছি সেটা কোন নিয়ম না। দেখতে ভালো লাগে না অতিরিক্ত ব্যবহার করলে, সেটা যে কেউ বলতে পারে। তাই বলে সেটা নিয়ম হবে নাকি?

Is it the responsibility of a moderator to edit others post without any notification for beautifying it whether it is not a mandatory rule...?????

If it is then I have to think twice about giving a post in future.....

A moderators duty is to maintain the forum rules, inspire the members, maintain communication
Most of the time for this type of small editing purpose, moderators have to wait for long time after requesting the topic writer. So that, some times, we, the moderators do that little edit works.

But I had to request you before I edited.
