1. first download this emoticon zip file from this link

2. then extract it.
3. open terminal, then type "sudo nautilas"
4.then go to /usr/share/pixmap/pidgin/emotes
5.copy paste the folder in that directory
6. open pidgin, go to tools >> preference >> themes >> smiley themes, then select :p and enjoy yahoo, msn ang gtalk themes u used to see at windows... :p
