Software review: picPick, Best Screen Shot utility

I am totally impressed with this tiny software which offers functionality beyond imagination.

It allows you to take screenshot at different modes such as free hand, fixed region, user defined region, active window, whole desktop.. and what not?

It also allows you to measure pixels on screen, pick a specific pixel color on your screen, offers magnifier, allows pixel ruler, whiteboard, cross hair to help draw graphs on screen.... etc etc etc...
