Forum Awards + Drastic changes in Forum

Hi..

I have made some pretty drastic changes in forum.
For example, the index page. I have made them in an compacted way so that you can navigate quickly and more accurately.
I know, it might look a bit look ugly at first, but it is pretty useful.
And it can be reverted upon enough user complain.

I have split the programming corner to java and C/C++ categories as well.

Also, I have made some special and normal ranks.
People having less that 30 posts in forum will be now given the rank..
"Considered a baby!!"

While making change I made a silly mistake and ended up showing this in forum:

Members having more than 30 posts will be granted "regular member" rank.

The special rank I have created now is "Helps a lot" (moderators and admins can't have this rank)
This rank will be assigned manually based on specially contributing activity in forum.
the current Helper rank holders are ,

BIT0103-Ovid

BIT0107-Toma

BIT0111-muctadir

and

BIT0129-tabassum

Remember, this rank is based on their contribution in forum.

Another change I made which went unnoticed is that I made BIT0130-Shakkhor another admin.

Actually, he was admin from the start, but due to his lack of time, he couldn't participate and I had to remove his powers.
Now that he is back and he already started working, I guess it is time to give him back his power. Congrats to him
