drives name in ubuntu...... Empty drives name in ubuntu......

after a long time i am giving a post for you. hope this will help you.....
while installing ubuntu most of us find it difficult to recognise the drives. in most of the cases we recognise the drives with memory size and free space in that drive. but there is a more effective way. hope this will help.......

well..first of all..the image is not loading without trouble. it is taking a lot of time while not being loaded at all! by the way.. the names could be changed with a partition editor in ubuntu...like gparted.
