.NET MVC3: Unable to find the requested .Net Framework Data Provider. It may not be installed.

Working with mvc3 web framework in Visual Studio 2010. I was trying Entity Framework for querying and updating database as this exception occurred at a point,

Unable to find the requested .Net Framework Data Provider. It may not be installed.

Searched for solutions over msdn forums and tutorials but couldn't find a remedy. A snapshot of the problem would help understand the problem I guess.



Please ask for any farther information on the problem if required. Thanks is advance.

OK, the problem is over. So here is to sum up things.

It could possibly be a bug in MVC 3 that SQL CE 3.5 doesn't support Entity Framework. So I had to,
> download CE 4.0
> install it aside CE 3.5 and
> modify providerName in the connection string

That's all it took.
