Well, considering that this educational materials are for everyone, I am giving the direct link to the authors [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].

You will see there are numbers above the umbrella(which are actually slides in serial). upon hovering your mouse above them, you will be able to see the titles.
For example, the number 9 leads you to Performance Management and Appraisal
when you click to that number, it will take you to that slides questions. But at the left side, you will see a tab called Student PowerPoint. From there,you will be able to download the powerpoint slides
