OS assignment for Saturday

1) consider six processes with their CPU bursts, Priority and arrival time all specified. We are supposed to draw the Gnatt' s chart for FCFS(non-preemptive), SJF(preemptive and non-preemptive), Priority(preemptive and non-preemptive). I will upload the table tomorrow. is not that gantt? and you can ask others to draw the table too you know we are a team after all. Is there anyone who can provide us the table by tonight ?

By the way, I was supposed to give this assignment's description in forum. But Asif already mentioned it briefly. Thanks to him.

Now I am going to show you the table:

Process	Burst time	Priority	Arrival time
p1	25	7	0
p2	12	2	2
p3	8	3	7
p4	21	0	10
p5	12	5	11
p6	4	2	15

We have to create a Gantt Chart and calculate the waiting time using 3 process scheduling algorithms. They are FCFS(that is FIFO,calculate for non-preemptive), SJF(preemptive and non-preemptive), Priority(both preemptive and preemptive).
Submit it to Kabir sir on Saturday . Remember, write down your assignment in paper(hard copy), printed copy is not allowed and sir will ask about it in the class(question from assignment). If we can't answer them . we have to fall in and;Sir er oshontushti ebong and;

Yeah, fixed it. and sorry for the problem. I forgot that when i specifically parsed that and symbol character, it was also tracking other symbols as html is based on that symbol as well.

Anyway, that symbol used to be changed to "and; " but now it changes to "and" now why don't you try some test inputs [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] as well?

if he makes mistakes( in this case, asif didn't ) let him learn.

We should give him inspiration Efat. When he or anybody make a mistake we should make him aware about that, not desperate him.

Asif didn't give a perfect post, that's right. But he tried to do that. You should help him by giving him instruction but not telling him to stop giving posts.
