Help regarding making an application more efficient..
When I code something, It creates an application. But when I m using that application, the final result screen disappears within a very short tym that I cant see the result at all. Is there any way to make that screen visible for a longer tym??

Can you tell me which editor and compiler you are using?
(My guess you are using Turbo C with Borland C compiler)

if your guess is correct, then I think we should let him think about this for a while :p :p
Rubby, why do you think this is happening? And can you please make the titles a bit more explanatory?
"Help needed" does not give any hints about the topic.

I m using codeblocks.. I thought for a quite long tym, but I couldnt find it out.. I noticed that while using that application direct from source code, it doesnt happen n it needs user's command to exit.. I think if I add a user command for exit, it will be solved.. Am I correct??

Now then...
I don't have any idea of what application you are talking about. Add to that, the problem is not obvious from some of your words like:
So first mention what you are trying/tried to do. Then try to post here the code you wrote.
It is hard to understand words of new programmers(I guess you are so). Please try to give as much information as you can.
Obviously this is my opinion.
EDIT: The application you are talking about could well be a console (command line output screen)

Re: Help regarding making an application more efficient..
Well, beginners often use words which sometimes are confusing. As seniors, we should let them know the correct terms.
First of all, the "application" you are talking about is not probably at the stage of being an application.. yet. Lets say that it is "program".
And then, "efficiency" is generally used for expressing the performance. For example, it your program uses less memory, and performs its tasks within acceptable time - it can be called efficient.
However, a program exiting only after user permits is not something we are going to term as "efficient". You can use the word "user-friendly". However, that does not quite express what you are looking for in the title.
If I were in your place, I would've used "Help needed: Program written in C exiting too fast".
Now, the part creating further confusion is this:
I can guess what you are actually trying to mean here. When you are running it through code blocks from source, it is not exiting fast. However, when you are running it separately, it is exiting too fast. Am I right?
When you are asking for help, try to express things in such a way that any one can understand you.
Uh, one irrelevant question. Why are you using Code-blocks?
