Notice for BIT01 regarding ifter party timing

Dear elder Brothers & sisters,
I am here to inform that, we, the organizer of IIT ifter party, is trying hard and soul to make sure every one's attendance in the party.That is why we have proposed the date to be Saturday 20th august,2011. But, as Friday and Saturday is government holiday, the faculty members have other involvements.At this stage, Shofi Sir requested us if it is possible to make it any other day than those two.We have another option and that is on Monday 22nd August,2011.We need your quick response to this dead lock situation.Please confirm us as early as possible. And we, your youngers miss you very much.

I think it will be a bit problematic for us because we are taking too many leaves already for admission fees submission.

I think most of us will take leave on next Sunday because of the varsity fees submission. In that case, it just might be possible for us to come next Sunday.

Agreed. Sunday is a better option for me too.

as it is a IFTAR party I guess all of us may become free on that time to present at IIT and attend the Iftar Party.
However, as the BIT-01 guys need not to take such responsibilities of organizing so we guys can keep safe and easily attend.
So, guys try to attend this Iftar Party on the day you can feel easy.

i would be nice if i could do that.but that day 21st august is government holiday for jonmashtomi...so you can't even give your fees on that day.so i am helpless on that matter....

The government holiday for jonmashtomi is on 22nd August, which is Monday.

What the target of the date should be is to ensure MAXIMUM participation. That's all I can say...
