I would like to add some more information about our assigned task here.

Me and khalid, we are assigned to R&D section of a project named Risk Management System. We are to develop a web site that would be based on HTML5, CSS3, and a PHP framework named CodeIgniter. This web application(as per described by our team leader) would be able to analyze and indicate risk factors associated with a business project. At this point, we are in the learning phase of CodeIgniter. But our company seems to be expecting us to be quicker.

Muctadir works on Hospital Management System. He tests the software for bugs and documents different aspects of it. This software is built using C# and different frameworks, namely, dot.net, MVC etc.

As for the environment of our company, it is very flexible. We can have lunch anytime we want, can reach and exit as our wish. Just one condition applies, we must work 45 hrs in a week. The office room environment is well organized, neat and clean, cool and notably silent.

For our juniors, I would advise you guys to at least practice and learn frameworks, whichever language you are using. In industry, you are not worthy if you aren't familiar with any framework.

I'm going to tell about our current activities here.
As I have mentioned previously that, me and khalid, we are working on a project named Risk Management System and learning CodeIgniter and PHP.

However, our project remained the same, but our field of learning has changed. We are now learning ASP.NET MVC3 web applications. It seems that the current industry uses it heavily and we are happy to have the opportunity to learn it.

As you all know, microsoft never gives anything for free. We are now using visual web developer express edition(and don't know which is to be done after the trial period expires). I do have a cracked version of visual studio latest, but I know it won't be ethically right to use it. May be I won't be able to care. There are plethora of resources online, which are very useful to learn ASP.NET MVC3 in C#. So anyone can learn it easily.

Muctadir, as before, working in testing section. Besides testing, he is learning SQL server, ASP.NET and C# too.

This is a complete off topic post, but I am forced to do this.
