Reason:

Think it in this way. people like me goes to calender first to view the schedule. And I was looking for the exam notice, found it there, came here. Then I was looking for syllabus. Because I knew I posted the update link, I scrolled down. But what if someone else was looking for syllabus? O'Course, he can go to semester 5 section like me and then find the syllabus there. But if we can make the life of others easier, we should!
