need PhP IDE for Windows

please if you can help me to have some PHP ide except Eclipse or NetBeans
or any other way to compile and run it
if possible can anyone provide any link to do so??

You need to mention your favorable OS as well.
And I think the title can be better. Something like, "Need PHP IDE for (OS name) " or something like that.

Just giving away PHP IDE in title can mean you are searching IDE, or discussing about IDE and a whole lot more things.

u may search at wikipedia, there are a long list of available php ides, free and commercial for every platforms.....
i think excluding netbeans and eclipse, another free great php ide may be aptana 3 which is beta stage
among commercial ide's, best is Zend studio, there are others very good ide's like adobe dreamweaver, jetbrains phpstorm, microsoft expression web, microsoft visual web developer, microsft frontpage and so on...

I think you much better know about why we search for this.

Go for Netbeans. It's very easy to configure, and has pretty much everything you need out-of-the-box. Eclipse PDT is a deliberately stripped down version of the Zend Studio (Both of them are developed by same people). Zend is the most powerful IDE but it isn't free and Eclipse PDT lacks some very basic features. So go for Netbeans.

I've also heard about Aptana 3 but I'm not sure if it's any good.

go for notepad or gedit. So simple. Just you need xampp or wamp for it...

Still, the suggestions are stuck between the exclusions, and editors.

Efat, what facilities/features do you want in the IDE you are looking for?

I have tried working with some other IDEs, and there are lots of them out there.

If you can mention the features you are looking for / the reason for ignoring netbeans / eclipse, it will be easier for us to suggest a suitable IDE.

Regardless of the IDE, if you don't have a PHP compatible server, you should not be able to "compile and run" it.
