Two Boss function of Ubuntu in case of Boot failure
I just discovered two great function of Ubuntu that would be very helpful in case of any trouble in OS.
1. Aptitude:
We use this function in different purpose as install, remove, update etc. But when you have to work in command prompt(not terminal) because of any problem such as for boot failure or graphics crash, just give the command
2. Fail-Safe Graphics Mode:
Another useful function of OS load failure. After entering this section you will have facilities like reinstall of graphics driver, troubleshooting etc. But the most important feature is running OS with minimum graphics for just one session. It will enable you to run OS with minimum graphics provided by motherboard. Entering here you can resolve the problem.
Both function is available in recovery mode where we usually enter when OS fails to load. In that case these two will help a lot to solve the loading problem.

Re: Two Boss function of Ubuntu in case of Boot failure
I do not see any command for fail safe graphics. Can you please elaborate it?
Re: Two Boss function of Ubuntu in case of Boot failure
If u select the the recovery mode then u will get some options. Among them may be the second option is fail safe graphics mode or something like that......there u will get some more options as I described earlier.
Just select to run fail safe graphics for just one session
