I agree with Amit. I just gave him thanks before downloading that and I usually give vote after getting the slide/book etc. Asif did't do the perfect work, so I didn't submit my vote. Understand?

two reasons. People from windows can extract it by double clicking, No extracting software required.
And the other is, people from ubuntu can extract it easily. (or use peazip)
