Funny thing is, if you were a student of MIT(Massachusetts Institute of Technology)then you would have never get this manual. It is only accessible by teachers. They use a special password to access it.
However you can get hundreds of copies of it in web(without being a faculty in MIT!!!). I'm not sure if this book is already in this forum or not. It would make me happy if it is any help to you.
