tomorrow(Sunday) the internal programming contest to select groups for an upcoming contest will be held on 9am-1pm. For that reason, Tahrima madam's DBMS-II class will not be held.

as far as I know this is not the actual reason
Tahrima madam will not take the class so the contest will held on that time Neutral

I don't think you are right Efat. I talked to Tahrima madam and she was eager to take class even after programming contest if that would over within 11 am Neutral
