After a long time I am here with a notice.

But I think it will be a good news for you (not for all )
I have called Tahrima madam just now and requested to cancel the exam on DBMS-I of tomorrow (Saturday, 18 September). She has canceled it
But we must have to prepare ourselves to sit for the exam on Sunday or Monday. She isn't interested to take it on Tuesday because it seems late. Madam will talk to us tomorrow in the class about the exam schedule , she is not sure whether its Sunday or Monday. Because there is a chance to conflict the exam schedule with MIT classes.

We need to find who neglected their responsibility. Shakir? or anyone before Shakir?

I was notified by Rayhan (via SMS). So, I assume that if someone else did not start another call (which is not true) the chain is complete (also not true).

I callled Pran and he said that he was notified by 24 and he will notify 26.
So... from my part to 26.. worked.

If rayhan did notify you, probably Tabassum notified 30, and 30 notified Rayhan.

I am assuming that from 22 to 30 all are notified. So.....

We need to eliminate some bad factors....

like i said, I was called by Asif Imran Anik, bit0119 who later mentioned that he was not called by 18. I notified him about the notice, and told him to contact roll 20.

As he was unable to find 20 via phone, I instructed him to notify 20 by sms, call 21 and also tell 21 that he does not need to call me now.

I send SMS to siddique because his mobile was switched off but did not call toma.

Gah.. and what if Siddique lost his phone? Does not that mean that in the worst case scenario, from 07 to 30, no one gets the notice?

read the procedure a lil' bit more...

3. What if I can't get the next roll via phone? His phone is turned off/he is not receiving.

Answer: SMS him the notice, and then notify the next roll skipping the unavailable person.
