Presentation on Internship for the first batch

We have an upcoming presentation to be held on Saturday, 01.10.2011. We need to highlight what we have done until now in hour three months of internship.Also the following points can be focused:

1. Tasks done until now.
2. Communication with the project managers
3. Field of work
4, Overview of the company currently working, you can even state whether the working atmosphere is friendly, etc or how you have accustomed to the environment.
5. Put small focus on the future tasks
6. Highlight the work is the most important.
etc...

I didn't understand your 6th point.

The sixth point means that its important that we focus on the work we did until now, what approaches we took and what challenges we faced.

I think the starting time is 9.00 am though it can be 10.00 am I am not sure. Its important to confirm the date, I will if I go to IIT tomorrow 24.09.2011. If I cannot confirm its better we phone a teacher or we take precaution and go to IIT thinking that the presentation will start at 9.00 am.

On October 2nd our Group CTO wil come from Singapore. We will show him some local projects of SCB Bnagladesh. I have been assigned one among them. So it is impossible for me to come to department on 1st

A new question arises. Is the presentation individual [confirmed]? So are we going to have 30 presentations in a single day....or will it be lass than that? Need quick response, thanks.
