I think, he tried to make his account but didn't check his email account to confirm activation. He thought his account was created, but unfortunately didn't.

I suggest to check his email account.

Wrong.Razz I didn't mention anywhere that I was only searching for his active ID.
Just to explain, I checked both active and inactive accounts.

Anyway, Hira. Your friend never made that ID. Activating is another issue.
