Doctype- in HTML

can anybody specify the difference between tree Doctypes "static , Dynamic and public"

Hmm...

I am little bit confused about this part.
Doctype is a keyword which defines the version of markup language in which the document is written.

HTML Doctypes are Strict, transitional, and Frameset.

And Static, Dynamic, and public keywords are used to specify the type of document।

A static page is a page which's contents are only changeable when the person who is in charge of the page decides to change it.
An example is a simple HTML page.
A dynamic page is a page, which's contents can change based on user interaction or server decisions based on user/browser type, etc.
An example is a php page, or jsp page, or a html page with embedded CGI scripts.
A public page.... not sure.

it is
"static , Dynamic and active"
