good work. About the pages of chapter 4, and 5, I have downloaded some from google books. But problem is, they don't have all pages. Again, the page number is slightly different from chapter 4.

Now, what I suggest is this:
1. We give the pages from google books.
2. We divide and type the absent pages.

From the photocopy, only page 92, 93, 99, 100, 108, 109 are absent in Google books.

I also don't have chapter 5 photocopy, and the pictures I took with camera for the missing pages from chapter 4 are too blurry.
