while a topic is locked is it locked for all or except the moderators??

It is unlocked for the people who can moderate that specific topic, i.e. who can lock/unlock it.

But sometimes moderators give reply in a locked topic by mistake.
for example, in confirmation topic, Tabassum actually started writing, and when I locked it, she used the post button.

You should make similar topics in the ask for help section.

You need to work with your topic titles then.

We want to know what happens after you got your answer about whether a moderator can reply to a locked topic.

BTW, I forgot to add in my answer, but when someone locks any topic, it is not expected from any moderator to reply there.
